Job Summary
Processing Associate on Night Shift at Vital Farms responsible for washing, sorting, and packing our pasture-raised eggs at Egg Central Station; operate machines and robots, keep sanitary conditions for optimal food production, and perform quality checks. Inspect supplies and be ready for use; move supplies and product within the warehouse using powered jacks. Adhere to a 12-hour shift schedule (2-week cycle: 2 on / 2 off / 3 on; 2 off / 2 on / 3 off) with Day (6am–6pm) and Night (6pm–6am) crews. Must speak/read/write English; 1 year of production/manufacturing experience; able to lift up to 60lbs; basic math; follow safety requirements; flexible with other production tasks. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to quality standards within a remote-US designation.
Required Qualifications
